Procurement Systems Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Systems Analyst to join our global procurement team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our procurement ecosystem—driving system efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions, and supporting global stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and cross-functional teams to create meaningful impact in a fast-paced, international environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage user access, training, and issue resolution across procurement systems such as Orbis, EcoVadis, Savings Tracker, Power BI, HighQ, SharePoint, Teams, and others

• Create easy-to-understand training materials and videos to support system users

• Work closely with the global procurement team to improve how systems are used and add value
