Producer Services Administrator

Reporting to the Producer Services Manager, your main role will be to provide administrative support for members and customers as part of the Farm Services team.

Within this role you will have a range of responsibilities , such as:

• Provide backup admin support across a range of functions including Dairy Herd Management, Tankcare and Parlour Care. This will involve becoming familiar with a range of software programmes including Navision, Core Milk and Storm Admin.
• Liaising with site personnel to maintain and balance daily and monthly milk volume collections across the Dale Farm sites using Microsoft Excel and Core Milk.
• Collating milk quality reports by assembling milk quality test results on tanker collections to internal and external customers.
• Assisting with daily milk logistics and tanker movements and communicating with hauliers.
