Product Application Support Specialist

Your role

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Application Support Specialist on a permanent basis within the UK Product Support division, in our Meriden office. In this role you will become a business expert in everything within the software application, providing advice and expert problem solving to our existing and new customers. You will report into the VP of Customer Operations and regularly collaborate with other teams within the division.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice, troubleshooting, and application support to new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Managing software incidents and support tickets through to resolution, including issue replication, investigation, documentation, and escalation where required.
