Responsibilities
- Engage customers confidently and provide expert consultation on nail products.
- Demonstrate products and explain benefits to drive sales conversion.
- Achieve monthly showroom sales targets and increase average billing value.
- Upsell and cross‑sell complementary beauty products.
- Maintain premium brand display and hygiene and visual standards.
- Build repeat customers through excellent service and follow‑ups.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and market expansion projects.
- Must have UAE Valid Driving License.
