Product Custodian - Payroll Intern

The intern supports the Payroll Product team in managing day-to-day sustain and operational activities. The role provides exposure to IT service management, payroll systems, and global operations, while contributing to performance tracking, reporting, and coordination tasks.

**Key Accountabilities (Adjusted to Intern Seniority)**

**1. Support to Product Performance Monitoring**

+ Assist in collecting and consolidating support performance data
+ Support identification of recurring issues and trends for team review
+ Help prepare KPI dashboards and reports for governance meetings
+ Contribute to documentation of performance insights

**2. Support to IT Run Operations**

+ Monitor ticket queues and support basic prioritization activities under guidance
+ Assist in tracking SLA compliance and backlog evolution
+ Help maintain visibility of operational status across support teams
