Product Definition Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Product Definition Engineer to support a leading aerospace manufacturer’s new Asheville, North Carolina site, focused on airfoil hardware for GTF engine programs. This role sits within an Engineering Support to Operations (ESTO) environment and is responsible for developing and maintaining Class II engineering drawings in close partnership with design, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation with GD&T, comes from a drafting-focused background, is comfortable working in a fast-paced operations setting, and is interested in growing into a technical or people‑leader role over time.

Responsibilities

- Develop and update Class II engineering drawings to support manufacturing, tooling, inspection, and sustainment activities
