Product Design Manager (Logistics Systems / Product Owner)

Role Summary
We are seeking a business-minded Product Design Manager (Product Owner) to lead the design and enhancement of logistics systems, including warehouse management, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery platforms.
This role will drive the upgrade of the existing Express Management System (EMS) from Version 1.0 to 2.0 , ensuring alignment between operational needs, customer journeys, and system capabilities.
The ideal candidate is 80% business and requirement-focused, 20% technical , with strong communication and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Product & System Design
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for logistics systems including:
Warehouse Management (Inbound, Outbound, Fulfilment)
Pick & Pack Operations
Last-Mile Delivery (B2C & B2B Express)
International Export (B2C & B2B)
Define and design user journeys across logistics workflows.
