Product Development Chemist Engineer

Key Responsibilities Product Development & Formulation Develop and improve formulations for construction chemical products including tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, waterproofing, and concrete admixtures Design and conduct laboratory experiments to test new raw materials and formulations Adapt global Mapei product formulations to meet local climate conditions, raw material availability, and regulatory standards Evaluate and qualify new raw material suppliers Testing & Quality Perform physical and chemical testing on prototypes and production samples Analyse test data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports Ensure products meet relevant regional and international standards (e.g. SS, BS, EN, ASTM) Support QC/QA in resolving product complaints and non-conformances Technical Support Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and application teams Conduct site visits and product trials to evaluate real-world performance Assist in product launches and preparation of technical...
