Product Development Director (P&C Dwelling)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Product Development Director to support our Property and Casualty (P&C) Dwelling Product Development and Modernization area. 

This role is accountable for developing new products, overseeing and managing the launch and maturation of new products into target strategic markets. Acting as a cross functional expert, this position provides expertise and support for product line initiatives related to product development, compliance, operational and process improvements, claims management, vendor management, product documentation, fulfillment, and/or system releases.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa, FL or Chesapeake VA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
