Product Development Manager Beauty (f/m/d) Maternity Leave Replacement

As Product Development  Manager you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process for our Nails & Makeup categories during a maternity leave cover until End 2027, ensuring that innovative products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with gitti’s brand vision.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process for multiple products from stakeholder kick-off to launch, working closely with the Team Lead Beauty Development.
• Own and manage the project timelines and gateway process, ensuring all milestones are met within the agreed timeframe.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Operations, Regulatory and Supply Chain as well as external partners such as laboratories and suppliers.
