About the Team
Launching a free self-serve tier targeting 100 K developer signups. There is no existing PLG machine. This person builds it.
About the Role
Own the entire developer self-serve product and the growth engine behind it. That means defining the funnel (PM hat), building the tooling (engineer hat), and running experiments end to end without waiting for a team to execute. You will work with the DX Engineer/Dev Rel on top-of-funnel and with the Founding GTM team on conversion to enterprise. The primary metric is monthly activated developers. Secondary metric is free-to-paid conversion. You have the authority and the resources to move both.
