Job Summary:

The Product Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end sprint execution across business and technology teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with organizational goals. This role owns the sprint lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and scope management, while ensuring delivery remains aligned with business priorities, customer experience objectives, operational needs, and technical constraints.
