Product Line Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between Sales and the customer, identifying key requirements from the customer that will bring an opportunity into a solid offer based on our JBT Marel portfolio and knowledge.
• Approach and interact with the customer’s personnel for a good assessment of his requirements and wishes, organizing the data gathered during this approach in a way that we can develop a sound solution for him.
• Develop a solution following the best technique in the industry, considering safety standards, regional regulations, constraints from existing installation and mapping the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed solution.
• Write the technical offer, detailing the solution in a clear way and covering all requirements from the customer.
• Present and explain the solution to the customer, preferably including Total Customer Ownership examples to make clear that our offer is the best one.
