In‑Office Policy
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, Canada and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What You’ll Do
- Partner strategically with business, machine learning / applied science, and core engineering teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand or optimize our advertising footprint through sponsored product placements, applying deep analytical rigor and leveraging advanced Machine Learning models to drive significant business impact.
- Translate complex business problems into clear, comprehensive product requirements, collaborating closely with cross‑functional and cross‑department teams (including ad ranking, platform, and advertiser experience teams). These requirements will include detailed technical specifications and data schemas to guide engineering efforts.
