Requirements : Proficiency in the English language. BSc or relevant Business degree or diploma. Pharmaceutical experience. Extensive product knowledge. 3+ years Pharmaceutical or Marketing industry experience. The ability to interpret, analyse and present Rx and IMS data for business decision support.
KPAs : Develop marketing material, marketing strategies and launch campaigns. Drive, stimulate and challenge strategic thinking and the implementation thereof. Effectively manage the financial budget and forecast processes. Drive cross functional team accountability for achieving business targets and manage business expectations.
