Opportunity Description

The Role

As an HRIS Product Manager, you will own our HR technology landscape (including SuccessFactors and related systems), ensuring it delivers seamless, efficient and engaging colleague experiences.


You will lead the development of HR systems that support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance and reward aligning with MAGs people strategy and transformation agenda.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Owning the HRIS product strategy, roadmap and backlog

  • Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and processes

  • Partnering with People teams to translate business needs into system solutions

  • Leading delivery of enhancements, integrations and transformation initiatives

  • Defining and tracking product performance, user adoption and business benefits

  • Managing third-party vendors and system partners
