Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

• The Product Manager ensures the effective development, enhancement, and performance of assigned products and services within BancNet’s payments ecosystem. The role manages the product lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, compliance standards, and market needs. It coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality, and compliant payment solutions that strengthen BancNet’s market position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in product management/banking
• Certifications in product or project management an advantage
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, banking operations, regulations
• Execution Excellence, Collaboration, Self Development, Resiliency, Ethical Propensity, Stakeholder Management, Attention to Detail
