Product Manager - Merchant Platform (CRM / Loyalty / Food & Delivery Ecosystem)

We’re partnering with a regional B2B commerce platform, backed by a global ecosystem, hiring a Product Manager to drive digital transformation across merchant and internal platforms in Southeast Asia.

What You'll Do

• Drive products that shape the merchant journey, from onboarding and activation to retention and operations
• Remove operational friction for merchants by digitising and automating workflows at scale
• Deliver products that improve merchant efficiency, customer engagement, and business performance across POS, CRM, loyalty, reporting, and operational ecosystems
• Turn data into action by building visibility into merchant performance, operational health, and product impact
• Translate complex business challenges and merchant needs into scalable product solutions
• Partner with cross-functional and regional teams across Southeast Asia to launch, localise, and scale products across multiple markets
