Product Manager (Olivos) (Buenos Aires)

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of LaFinteca's payment and crypto products across Argentina, Chile, and Peru.

Your mission

• Own the product strategy for payment solutions across key LATAM markets
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
• Evaluate solution options (in-house, white-label, hybrid) and recommend the best approach
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to support planning, prioritization, and delivery
• Define user journeys and ensure seamless end-to-end experiences
• Align with stakeholders across Tech, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance
• Participate in testing, monitor progress, and proactively mitigate risks

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst in fintech, payments, or crypto
