Opportunity Description
Job Purpose
To develop, prepare, evaluate and implement marketing plans, programmes and promotional expenses for assigned products to achieve sales and market share targets in line with corporate policies and commercial Objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning - prepares and develops short, medium and long-term marketing plans
- Implementation and control - ensures timely and appropriate implementation of marketing programmes within the approved promotional budget
- Coordination - coordinates and motivates staff and line personnel to perform tasks to ensure achievement of objectives
- Monitoring - Continuously monitors and reviews the implementation of the plans and recommends changes as appropriate to meet different market conditions.
