Product Manager - Process Automation & Transformation

THE ROLE

As a Product Manager at Smart, you won’t just manage a roadmap, you will define the future of retirement technology. We are looking for a visionary to scale our cloud‑native, PaaS administration platform Keystone – a solution built by experts to replace the industry’s legacy complexity with elegant, automated simplicity. In this role you will go beyond basic features to where self‑service and operational automation are the DNA of the role. You will design the logic that integrates back‑end pension management with real‑time CX and operation systems to create proactive, self‑service experiences for all users of the platform, from Keystone operators to the customers who save.
