**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
+ 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
+ Experience building or integrating AI and ML technologies into ads prediction, auction stack, or quality and ranking systems.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Experience with quality or modeling specific product management (e.g., ranking, content retrieval or disabling, automated evaluation or ground truth generation, etc.).
