Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
Define Product Vision & Discovery: Own the product from initial discovery through post-launch iteration. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research to uncover unmet needs and translate insights into actionable problem statements.
Develop Strategy & Business Cases: Build strategic hypotheses, outline value, cost, and resource requirements, and define initiatives that align with organizational goals. Establish the product's value proposition and secure buy-in.
Measure Success & Monitor Performance: Define KPIs and success metrics. Create dashboards and reports to track progress and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Roadmap & Delivery Management: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, balance priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
