Roles and Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

(Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organization's point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization).
As part of various innovation projects, the team works on solutions that works across the interfaces such as Web, mobile app etc and support multiple services and use cases. These solutions are developed keeping the end users/consumers in mind. The role of Lead – Product management is to work on introducing new services and building new use cases. The role will enable services & use cases that are relevant and needed by the ecosystem. The role will support our customers to work on solutions that will help them in offering new services to the end users. The role helps in driving the tenet of being customer focus.
