The Product Marketing Associate Manager (PMAM) leads strategic product marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, insurance consideration, and business growth, with accountability for campaign performance and market competitiveness.
As part of Product Marketing, the role goes beyond product launches and storytelling. The PMAM ensures that product stories, propositions, and campaigns are deeply rooted in customer needs and aligned with FWD’s enterprise‑wide efforts on financial literacy and insurance consideration, helping customers better understand protection and make confident financial decisions
