/DutiesThe role of this position is to support IIT business growth by identifying opportunities and growth drivers, building up market development & sales acceleration plan, formulating and driving the business case & strategy for tackling target segments.
The role will handle product lines of industrial instruments. The engineering, process industry and multi-national corporation background are preferred, but not a mandatory.
·Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
·Develop and implement marketing initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives, such as national promotional campaigns, field events and channel programs that are in line with IIT strategy.
·Work with RD team on new product development, product pricing, promotional budget, and forecast.
