Product Owner, AI Development

About This Role

The Product Owner acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the AI Development team, translating business needs into clear, prioritized user stories that drive development. You will own the product backlog for one or more AI initiatives — whether that’s an internal chatbot, an intelligent process automation tool, or a data‑driven analytics application. This role requires someone who can understand both the business context and the technical capabilities of the team, ensuring that every sprint delivers measurable value toward Insight’s AI transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog; write clear, well‑defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across functions (finance, HR, operations, ecommerce, etc.) to gather requirements and define the product vision for AI initiatives.
