Product Owner Communication Surveillance

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep domain expertise in trade and communication surveillance to lead the product vision, backlog prioritisation, and delivery roadmap for surveillance transformation program. This role sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, technology delivery, and business stakeholder management.

The Product Owner will own the product backlog across vendor platform implementation (NICE Actimize, Behavox), bespoke microservice development (case management workbench), and the ML/NLP detection model pipeline. You will translate regulatory obligations into actionable user stories, prioritise against risk-based outcomes, and ensure the delivered solution meets ASIC examination readiness standards.
