The opportunity

As a Product Owner within the Product Incubation Team , you will play a critical role in shaping what digital products are built and why — ensuring they deliver meaningful value as EY modernizes its core ERP and finance platforms. Working at the intersection of business needs, user outcomes, and technical feasibility, you will help turn early‑stage ideas into clearly defined, value‑driven products that are ready to be validated, scaled, or stopped.

You will operate in fast‑moving, early‑stage product environments, leading discovery, defining product vision and scope, and guiding teams through rapid experimentation via proofs‑of‑concept, MVPs, pilots, and beta releases. From concept through validation and scale‑out, your product decisions—prioritisation, trade‑offs, and value assessment—will directly influence whether a product is scaled globally, pivoted, or retired.
