Backlog ownership & prioritisation Own, refine, and maintain a clear, prioritised squad backlog aligned to business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints. Turn product strategy into well‑structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with thoughtful integration of new capabilities. Make informed trade‑off decisions to keep delivery predictable and focused. Leverage telemetry, customer signals, and usage analytics to continuously sharpen prioritisation.
