Role Description
The Product Owner (Sales) collaborates closely with the Global Product Director Sales, other Product Owners, the BPO team, Super Key Users, and the Tech teams to deliver Sales product development and Continuous Improvement (CI) solutions that enhance the performance of Sales products, including CRM and the Document Storage system.
Role Accountabilities
- Own product ownership and CI for assigned product(s): define Sales needs, build backlog, and maximize value.
- Manage a CI calendar, prioritize CI items, and deliver end-to-end CI initiatives within the Agile team.
- Translate Sales roadmap into well‑defined user stories and acceptance criteria; confirm completion with end‑user feedback.
