Opportunity Description
The Product Owner is a member of the Agile Team and is responsible for defining stories and prioritising the team backlog in order to simplify the execution of the program priorities. Within Dimension Data, they are also responsible for the conceptual and technical integrity of the features aswell as the systems and process operational integrity.
The Product Owner role spans the lifecycle of a Product, from Minimum Viable Product (MVP), through to the retiring of a product. They work closely with Product Management, Service Delivery, Service Architecture and Platform Delivery in order to deliver on their mandate.
The Product Owner maintains a key responsibility towards Quality Control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories completed.
