Product Security Lead

As a Product Security Leader (PSL) for the Product Automation (PA) unit, you will serve as the central authority for product security across Rockwell Automation. Your responsibilities include coordinating security efforts within PA, establishing and enforcing security standards, and ensuring world‑class protection of our products.

• Serve as a security thought leader by educating internal personnel and influencing secure development practices.
• Provide guidance to senior management on product security risks and exposures.
• Drive vulnerability management processes, from identification to resolution, and report periodic metrics on vulnerability posture.
• Apply security principles and techniques across product groups, ensuring proper implementation of secure design.
• Research current security trends in industrial control systems, software, embedded systems, hardware design, cloud‑to‑edge, and application security.
