P&S perimeter covers:Setup phase: all the flow from contract and product creation and design to their operational implementation through Services.Implementation phase: all the flow from the partner’s customer identification to the data needed to select the right provider to be sent to the customer. The related macro-processes concerned are:Customer identification: integration of data and operational process by assistance agents for identifying the customer.Diagnosis of the customer: identifying the customer situation, if he is covered and what are the preferred services to offer the best experience.
