Product Solution Engineering Manager, E-invoicing

What You’ll Do As an E-Invoicing & Live Reporting (ELR) Product Solution Engineering Manager, you will help lead Avalara's EMEA Product Solution Engineering function for ELR. You will manage the ELR Product Solution Engineers, being their primary contact, coach, and escalation route, while continuing to support selected customer opportunities, particularly strategic and complex deals. This is a player manager role that combines people leadership, commercial support, product expertise, and cross functional influence. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Partner, Business Development, Compliance, and Delivery teams. These collaborations will ensure Avalara's ELR solutions are positioned effectively, demoed confidently, and continuously improved in line with customer, market, and regulatory needs.
