Opportunity Description
FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owns the product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management of Next-Gen Voice Service including product roadmap, positioning, pricing and P&L, GTM planning, and performance management
- Leads strategic partner engagement, joint business planning, enablement, and pipeline generation activities
- Supports engagement of key industries through deal-level commercial and technical inputs
- Coordinates with Sales, Pre-sales, Product and Network Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure effective solutioning, implementation and customer experience
- Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to enhance the portfolio and identify growth opportunities
- Tracks revenue, pipeline, adoption, activation, and retention performance of the Next-Gen voice services
