Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define product features, customer journeys, and digital experiences
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer insights, and data analysis
- Lead product initiatives from business requirements through implementation and launch
- Create and manage product documentation, including Backlog, BRD, and Service Requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Business stakeholders
- Review business and system requirements, testing scenarios, and product deliverables
- Support product launches and ensure smooth post-implementation performance
- Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate with external vendors when required
