About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team at JCB Cab Systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for Technical Support, PCM resolution, and supporting both current product and NPI builds. Over time, this position will expand into a wider manufacturing engineering role, including robot programming, SOP writing, time studies, root cause analysis, LEEA lifting operations, staff supervision, and full integration within the cab manufacturing engineering structure. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

What does this role involve day to day?

· Resolving PCMs

· Introducing new parts and processes within the assembly environment

· Supporting new project cabs: kitting, assembly, process validation, implementation, and production training

· Driving continuous improvement initiatives
