Our stores serve as the front line of customer engagement, offering services across the entire Rakuten Group-including telecommunications, fintech, and e-commerce-and playing a vital role in supporting the brand experience beyond simply acquiring contracts.

As the sole offline channel with direct customer contact, Rakuten Mobile is growing rapidly. Our Product Strategy Group acts as the strategic hub, designing everything from sales strategies to inventory management for products such as iPhones, Android devices, and accessories, to maximize sales at this front line.
