About the Role

Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for a Product Support Services Representative to support our Laboratory Services team. Based in Brisbane but allowing flexibility for travel, this is a Permanent position.

We are looking for someone with impeccable work ethics who likes to learn, seize opportunities and take responsibility for achieving excellence whilst working as part of a great team. 

The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Identify opportunities and maintain client accounts
  • Provide training to internal and external customers ensuring software and services are utilised to full potential
  • Assist customers in achieving outcomes from services undertaken such as oil, coolant, diesel, grease or filtergram analysis
