Main Accountabilities:


Executing Aftermarket Sales Activities

  • Implement daily sales actions to achieve targets for parts, service jobs, and maintenance programs.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery.

    • Customer Support and Relationship Maintenance

  • Serve as the primary contact for operational and technical inquiries.

  • Build trust through regular site visits and responsive communication to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible for developing existing & new customer activity Plan, arrange regular meetings, and build relationships with customers to understand their needs.

    • Service Job Verification and Coordination
    Verify job details (scope, schedule, compliance) and manage PO/WO processes to ensure accurate documentation and smooth execution of service work.
