Job Summary

• Create and execute learning programs/modules
• Create Needs Analysis for learning programs
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Track learning program budgets

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course, preferably in the field of business, human capital, psychology or behavioral science
• With experience being part of a team and supervising individual talents.
• Above Average Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
