Responsibilities

- Complete Workday Training as required for the role within a given Product Area
- Lead full day training sessions in English to audiences that include customers, partners, and workmates
- Present complex topics in a simplified manner to facilitate student learning
- Exercise outstanding problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills while working through classroom challenges
- Use dynamic presentation skills in virtual / onsite training to engage your students and enhance their learning experience
- Stay current on software and product updates. Use self-learning resources to quickly become proficient in new product features and functionality
