**Responsibilities**
+ Operate molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards.
+ Monitor molding presses or injection molding machines, load material, remove molded parts, and perform basic inspections.
+ Document production data and report process issues.
+ Trim flash and excess material from molded parts using hand tools and perform visual inspections with a microscope for defects such as tears, bubbles, or incomplete fills.
+ Prepare and process raw silicone and plastic materials by mixing and milling to create compounds for medical device manufacturing.
