Opportunity Description
**Production Associate**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Run and monitor **automated production lines**
+ **Stage materials and keep lines running**
+ **Perform quality checks & basic troubleshooting**
+ **Document production and inspect finished product**
+ **Use forklifts/cranes to move materials (training available)**
+ **Support general production: assembly, packaging, cleanup**
**What You Need**
+ Experience in **manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor**
+ **Comfortable with machines, tools, and physical work (up to 50 lbs)**
+ **Ability to work 12-hour shifts (2/2/3 schedule, days or nights)**
+ **Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail**
+ **Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently**
**Pay & Schedule**
+ **Days (8am–8pm): $21.11/hr**
+ **Nights (8pm–8am): $22.36/hr**
