**What You’ll Do**
+ Follow route sheets and interpret blueprints
+ Apply adhesives and sealants with precision
+ Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
+ Inspect finished products to IPC quality standards
+ Enter and track work orders using Paradigm
+ Cross-train across multiple departments
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
**Available Shifts**
+ **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
+ **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
+ **3rd Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs)
**Pay**
**$20.00 – $22.50 per hour** (based on experience)
