Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning about 5S and Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Carrying out Improvement Projects as per superior’s instruction.
• Executing Quality Improvement and Cost Cutting budget projects.
• Taking additional responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.
• Following the scope of authority as per selected work process procedures/instructions.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Degree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
• Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Results-oriented with strong follow-up and good negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
