Our client is looking for a Production Coordinator who will support live, remote, and creative production managers by handling the daily operational, logistical, and administrative duties of video and event production.
Responsibilities:
Works in conjunction with the live and creative Production Managers to coordinate the overall team's production schedules/calendars and keep the team apprised of upcoming productions and other pertinent deadlines.Assist producers in scheduling ingest meetings, as well as other project related meetings, defining resource needs and booking/shipping production equipment.Take notes and capture key project takeaways during meetings, as needed.Assist in assigning production resources to live, remote and in-person productions.Assist in the planni...
