Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to ensure accurate machining, improved cycle time, and consistent quality. Operate and provide technical support for VMC and HMC machines, including setup, tooling selection, and troubleshooting. Oversee assembly operations, ensuring adherence to process standards, drawings, and quality requirements. Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Operational Performance Percentage (OPP) for assembly and machining lines. Perform rejection and root cause analysis (RCA) using quality tools; implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap and rework.
