Job Description
- Maintain and support production machinery to ensure smooth and stable operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns/malfunctions on the production line.
- Monitor and analyze production line efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvement actions to enhance productivity.
- Manage the non-conforming product (NCP) handling process, including implementing containment actions and developing corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Intermediate proficiency in either English or Japanese.
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in production technology within a manufacturing factory.
- Must have experience working in a foreign-invested company.
